This is a paid training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a management role within the hospitality industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be absorbed into a regular position within the company.

Learn on the job for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
You will be training for a minimum of six months, and spending time in each department: Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Grounds & Maintenance. You will learn the inner workings of Club Balai Isabel’s operations.
After the one-year training period, your competency will be assessed, and you will be placed in the position and department that matches your interest and competency.
You will be reporting directly to the Executive Director.
As a management trainee, you are expected to become a problem solver. We are looking for team members who are willing to innovate and implement solutions that can help the overall performance of Club Balai Isabel.
