We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources & Administrative Assistant.
About the role
As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from maintaining employee records to assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Maintain employee records and files
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Prepare and process payroll
Handle employee inquiries and concerns
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Your Skills & Qualifications
College graduate of any four-year course with exceptional academic records
At least two years of relevant experience in Human Resources or administrative support
People-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Proven ability to plan and organize effectively
