We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources & Administrative Assistant.

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from maintaining employee records to assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

  • Maintain employee records and files

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Prepare and process payroll

  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • College graduate of any four-year course with exceptional academic records

  • At least two years of relevant experience in Human Resources or administrative support

  • People-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

  • Proven ability to plan and organize effectively
