What You’ll Do:
âś… Oversee daily front office operations and guest services.
âś… Lead, mentor, and motivate our Front Office Associates.
âś… Ensure seamless coordination with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.
âś… Handle guest concerns and deliver exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will lead the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service, ensure efficient front desk operations, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

•Supervise the daily operations of the Front Office Department.
•Lead, coach, motivate, and evaluate Front Office Associates.
•Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
•Monitor reservations, check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
•Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hotel standards.
•Prepare daily operational reports and monitor occupancy status.
•Assist in scheduling staff, manpower planning, and performance evaluations.
•Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new Front Office personnel.
•Resolve operational issues and make sound decisions during shifts.
•Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Your Skills & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
âś… Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
✅ 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hotel/resort front office operations.
âś… Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
âś… Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
âś… Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
